I don't think you see them on the phone? I think I'm probably a bit anal about things like that - I have to change mine every week! :)

Thankyou. I've decided I really need to introduce exercise into my diet. I'm going to do 2-3 30mins a week be that walking to work, on the treadmill, on my bike or an exercise DVD. Xx

Sounds good hun,can't knock abit of exercise! Good idea to vary it aswell,you won't get bored and it will keep your body guessing aswell :0)
