New Mummy - Trying to keep on SW track!!

Stick to it safia your weight will soon come off but don't pressure yourself too much. I haven't been fab, my weight lose has stuck at 67-68kg...I was 65kg at 6 week booking in app with midwife.

Also just come back off a mini 4 day break so have been awful there with daily fry ups and alcohol :) whoops!

Also Rosie is 13 weeks on Friday I still too haven't yet had a period my friend who gave birth two days before has had two already....is this normal? Have done three bloody pregnancy tests I am obsessing about it haha x

You will be fine Safia-you did it before you will again! Re periods for you an Laura-Are you breastfeeding at all? If so lactation amenorrhea is normal-ie. no periods due to milk making hormones however just cos you haven't had a period doesn't mean you can't get pregnant! If you're not bf, don't stress too much, sometimes things take a while to get back to normal x

Your right i put a lot of pressue on myself so its time to mellow out a bit and just get on with it and learn to live with any mistakes i make x

Lol i better not be as I have a coil fitting on the 19th but doc said she will do a pregnancy test before she puts it in. Maybe the coil fitting will kick start my periods!

Wow today has been hard but i have resisted, just wanted to dive into anything sweet and the fridge is full of treatsize chocs!
My daughter had her first set of jabs today and has been so grizzly and no smiles for me today :( x

Were doing good in the Burgess household. Not really dieting as such but I am down to 66kg at last check on Friday which is 10stone 5lbs

I have also developed hiatus hernia which they think is a complication from two pregnancies. So my stomach really hurts and constantly feel nauseous so whilst they are checking effectiveness of different types of tablets its no alcohol or spicy food or eating and drinking after 8pm. That's a nightmare :-(

Anyway here's a little photo of Rosie who is 4 months old on Friday its flying by :)

Aww look at Rosie!! Little stunner. Millie has that hat, it's super cute.

I was 68.8kg at last weigh in which I think is 10st 12lb at my booking in appointment at docs I was 63kg so still a way to go. Would love to get back to that for Xmas. I find weighing in kg much better because each little increment keeps me going. I've been suffering headaches for a few weeks so I'm on all sorts of meds off the doctors.

That doesn't sound good hun, hopefully they will find something to help you soon.

Time really does fly doesn't it. Millie will be 6 months in 2 weeks, it's crazy. X

Awww Sam is adorable. Look at that laugh!! Xxx

Hiya ladies, can I join in here please? I had my little boy Anderson in March this year. I've been on SW the last three weeks and really enjoying it. I could do with a bit of moral support from other SW mummies, cos it's hard work sometimes sticking to this when all I want to do is pig out after being up all flamming night!

Here's a picture of my wee man like butter wouldn't melt this morning after keeping me up all night!

Awww look at those angelic eyes, i get those same eyes from my son when he has kept me awake all night too and he's gonna be turning 2 in feb. The latest addition to our family baby our daughter Emaan (baby number 4) was born in July and I have struggled a lot to get back on plan but its going to be 3 weeks tomorrow that I have actually been on plan properly (minus a few hiccups:)). When I have had a bad night in the last 3 weeks the first thing i do is drink a glass of water, it wakes me up a bit and fills my tummy so that i dont get tempted x

Aww mrs cc he is adorable. My Millie is 6 months this weekend!! I can't believe how time flies. I am also just under 3st lost from the day I went into labour! Wooo hoooo!!!

Thanks Safia and Nikki!

It is so hard to get into the swing of it with a young baby! I won't lie I did WW to lose the baby weight cos I could just grab things with it and I was living off rice crispies and ready meals at one point! Now LO eats what we eat mostly I wanted to be eating proper food! I just find it's being organised, having plenty of quick and easy to make things in the cupboard and freezer and just stocking up on fresh bits and bobs.

I'm back calorie counting because I lose the weigh much faster. Only got 10lb to go until the weight I was last summer but have 1st 7lb to go to get back to my very lightest ever x

I was the same too! Always lose quicker on WW and CC than SW. But I need to learn how to eat properly now! I can't be doing with dieting on and off anymore!!

I tend to lose slowly but consistently with sw and i keep it off even if go off plan. Thats what I do Mrs CC i tend to have loads of quick stuff in the cupboards when i dont have the time or energy to cook and my favorite thing right now is cous cous done with a chicken stock mixed with plenty of cucumber, cherry tom and chicken that i have just boiled up or grilled when i have some spare time x
