New to Dukan

They do contain fructose so I make my own with 0% Greek yogurt and splenda.
There are many posts about yogurts and many views but if you are losing then stick with them but just be mindful.
Also remember fruit ones are limited, due to size pots I would say 1 per day rather than the 2 it states in the book.

No Mullers are not strictly allowed as they contain sugar although some people use them (toffee and vanilla only) sparingly. The activia ones contain fruit pieces and sugar so no not allowed.

Also, with all respect are you sure this is the diet for you with only 10lbs to lose? What is your BMI?
