Haven't done well this week, binged all week end :(
I need a kick up the backside to get me back on it and focused.
First week loss and I've down a miserable 2lbs
I need to focus!!!
 
I've been struggling to find my focus again. I am finding it über difficult again and it's annoying me.

Jan is nearly over and I've only lost 7lbs :(
I agreed with my mummy that it was possible to lose st n half by end of jan so I have left myself 2wks to lose a st. If I don't get back on it TODAY I will disappoint my mum aswell as myself.
 
You can do it just try and stay positive. Last time i done cd I struggled and binged every now and again! Just take one day at a time and think about how u will feel on weigh day after a full week of being 100% and you'll Defo see the weight drop off in no time. A stone in two weeks is still do able. Good luck and 7 lbs in 2 weeks is still a good loss!

Its hard to stick to, but it'll be worth it if you learn to maintain, then this will be the only time in your life you'll have to do it!
 
As of yesterday's weight I've lost 9lbs since Xmas, not fantastic loss in 4wks but at least it's going done.

Today is Friday :( which means OH will be getting a takeaway. On Fridays &sats I get a kebab (chicken shish) with no sauce, and a big box of salad. + a light spritz of balsamic. Not really allowed but it makes me feel naughty lol without having a massive damaging blowout.

Here's to the long weekend ahead!

Oh honey, I know it's so difficult but you're making thing harder for yourself by doing this. 1. the extra calories 2. it puts you back in eating mode and for some people once they start they can#t stop and 3. this diet is very expensive, you're increasing the length of time you're going to be on it and seriously sabotaging your weight losses!!

An occasional meal is fine, life goes on and there are times when you can't avoid a social occasion, but every weekend is destroying your midweek efforts and will make you feel deprived and depressed all week til Fri night comes round again.

Ultimately it's up to you but if you want the big losses you'll have to cut out the kebabs xxx
 
I totally agree scooterchick, I think the longer ou just do the shakes the easier it becomes. I find now that I'm not bothered by food and I crave my next shake!! Xxx
