I'm off sick from work with some kind of sickness bug, so SW went out of the window yesterday. I mainly lived on toast, when it stayed inside. Not been sick since yesterday afternoon (not allowed back to work till Monday!) so I'm gonna try and get back on plan today. Wish me luck!
