well guys totm arrived today and I have been in such agony.....have been at the may fair all day and missed wi so I decided to have a treat instead,so heres my menu for the day

funny day

had a really funny kind of day today, didnt get up till late and so missed breakfast.Parents called for a visit and brought me a battered fish from the chippy not sure of the points so will allow 15 .Didn't have anything else all day except 3 glasses red wine and went to bed early so I expect my 29daily points are gone.Lets hope tomorrow is a better day!!!

I am soooo shocked have 1lb OFF, I really thought I would have put weight on.Thankfully I did not! So this is the start of a new week and I am going to try n be really good this week and see how I go .... good luck guys x

cooked the tomato n onion in the mw with the l/f spread mixed in the ham sprinkled it over the cooked pots broke the cheese into small pieces and placed it on top and melted under the grill ....... yummm

thanks rosie and carly. I used to make that potato dish with a cheese sauce and peppers onions and whatever veg I had left over or in the fridge but it woild be too many pp but its just as nice as is.
thanks for reading carly have been within my points all week n had no alcohol yet I feel so bloated , dont think I will have much of a loss this week, but I will keep plodding on x

I ironed today for 2 1/2 hours (have been neglecting it lately lol) and carried at all upstairs in small bundles (about 10 trips) does anyone know if I can have AP for this and how many should I have?
