Newbie started today!

It's official I'm still 12st 2, thinking that loss of 16lb in 3 weeks is fine. Still hoping I can get to 11st 13 by end of month but we'll see.
 
Feeling really tired today which has lead to major craving of junky food... I'm not going to give in, just about to have my soup. I'm cold and tbh fed up. Think mainly due to being knackered. May have a cheeky nap.
 
Had a sleep this afternoon and felt better. Just been to see vicar that's doing our renewal of vows next weekend so excited!!! Plus goal 1 met I fit in my wedding dress yippee!!!! It's our 2nd wedding anniversary and cannot wait, hubby is a big romantic and wants to do it every 2 years, loves him so much, he's the kindest most supportive hubby I could ask for.

So focus on goal 2: 11st 7 by mid August. That's a loss of 9lb in 3 weeks fingers crossed - have planned break of wedding anniversary next weekend.

So I've lost 1lb!! Am a bit gutted but WI not til wednesday, was really hoping would be 11st 13 by then....
 
So am starting to struggle, am cold all the time, really want a slice of bread and butter! Or a sweet jacket potato with tuna. Haven't cheated yet and am trying to hold off till next week planned break!! Will be off Sunday and Monday for wedding anniversary.

Not sure how I'm gonna do another 6 weeks!!! Must remain motivated!!
 
Feeling a bit better today, have done loads!!! Cleaned the house, visited supermarket (food porn), played with DD, did all the washing. Am looking forward to the week ahead though a little apprehensive.
 
WI this morning at -2lb = 12st bang on!!! Fingers crossed I get into the 11's by official WI Wednesday!!!

Did 20 mins Pilates this morning. Gonna go swimming at lunch time.

Feeling happier all round though still anxious about work.
 
Was so manic at work didn't make it swimming, booo. However will go in the morning. Feel good still freezing thou, just having a warm chocolate shake with cinnamon yum.

Got 2 days off this week, looking forward to seeing my friend and 2 days with DD.

As I find my CDC extremely unhelpful am gonna tell them I can only do fortnightly WI (when I need packs), just cannot be doing with them.
 
Yoga was fab, really felt a sense of accomplishment. Broken leg did hurt after but it made me realise how far I've come in 4 months since accident, I'm swimming, cycling, nearly walking without a limp, plus I've lost 19lb on CWP I'm sure it must help with mobility.

Have 2 days off with DD now, most excited, we're looking at houses today. Then hair cut, then meeting best friend. Tomorrow picnic and park day.
 
Spending day with DD is knackering!! Love her so much. My leg is killing me though, bath and bed for us both I think.
