Will you DD think you are a bad mummy for dropping her with granny?? No she will have a lovely time, so make the most of your time out an put your feet up!

Bet the nails look good and you have a hubby to cuddle,,,,,bliss!!
 
Thanks for your support feeling a bit more positive today, just eating 15g turkey, 15g mushroom and 1 egg with 1st tablet. Lunch is 15g rocket, with 1/2 protien 80g either tuna or chicken.

Refocused and moving forward. Worked out that if I loose only 2.5lb a week will still meet goal.
 
Feeling good today, had my 1 egg and 15g mushrooms for brekkie, then a shake, lunch had cottage cheese 100g 15g rocket, followed by a bar. Really looking forward to the weekend with DD and hubby.

Also my appointment came through to discuss baby number 2 (fingers crossed) with specialist. *excited* hoping by 10th August I'll be down to 11st 5 ish!!

Am tired and my leg hurts but emotionally feeling MUCH better x
 
Just had a bath with my baby, love her!! Had porridge for dinner. Tired so hoping for an early night with hubby ;-).

We're doing family walks time and probably creative play with DD. May visit family too. Ooh I love weekends. Cannot wait til our 2nd wedding anniversary so excited.
 
Just read through and well done you for getting through the first bit! Just a note re the ss vs packs and food...I did ll which was 500 cals and no food but my losses were all over the place...hoping some food included will give better results this time...

Have decided not to WI daily as I have been think it leads to disappointment!! As for 3 days I've stayed the same! Need to step up swimming/gym this week as though I say I'd be happy with 2.5lb a week I'd be happier with 5lb!

No movement in scales is pissing me off tbh. Especially as I've been 100% SS+
 
Feeling hungry today for some bizarre reason!! Have drank 3 litres water, had my SS+ meal, just waiting til after 5 to have my last shake.

Got a headache too, think that's tiredness though as my DD was up at 4.30am unlike her.

Mostly positive though really hoping for a 3lb loss by Wednesday. Just gonna sit down with hubby go through schedule so get time together and to do activity.

Perhaps I'm feeling shitty because I ironed lol not done it for 3 months haha
 
Had a really lovely weekend, love my family very much. Spent this morning watching Harry potter with my mum, and afternoon with hubby and DD really love my life.

Am just about to get bits ready for gum in the morning!! I will achieve this!! Better leg, better body x
 
Oh I'm so organised (smug face) have all my stuff ready for tomorrow Inc boiled egg and turkey rasher, lunch chicken and courgette, gym kit and work clothes. Quite impressed by myself.

Tempted to WI tomorrow but will be gutted if the same!! Dilemma...

Have had a good 4litres today. Right I must now sort DD stuff for nursery and go to bed early - up at 5am tomorrow.
 
So what next!! Give up? Cheat? Back to SS and be in pain? Or continue on and see how I go???

I think after a bath, some sleep tonight I am planning on carrying on as I am see what happens. After all in 3 weeks ive lost 16lbs, which isn't bad at all. Just need to refocus not on WI everyday, but leg recovery, fitness and happiness in general.
 
Oh I love my mum and hubby they've given me a real boost. Feeling much better, had a lovely bath and now a early night.
 
Dont give up!! Youve got through the worst and are getting organised and in a routine...would def think hard about weighing more than once a week; I did previously and it didnt motivate me at all - esp cos my losses were very up and down depending on totm...Hang in there me lovely!
 
Thanks, feeling much better today, thou the physio tried to kill me. And tbh was a bit of a wan*er!! But diet wise fine. Filled with dread about WI tomorrow!
