Once again, i have not been on here allllll weekend, but i have stuck to my points :) i dont know what it is, mon - fri coming on here feels like part of my routine then weekend i dont have time!!

Morning all, another rainy day in Manchester...

My walk to work this morning felt like winter :( , this rain has not stopped all weekend and its heavy :(

Angel hun they are from Sainsburys 'the best' range, and they were bloody gorgeous! 3 pts each and then whatever you put on them...i love my breakfasts, i'm a realy savoury muncher in the mornings!! rarely have cereal or anything like that! although i've really got into my porridge lately but tend to have that as a snack or for my tea lol!! xx

sausage and mash yummmmmmmm!!! i used to pile my plate with creamy buttery mash...and lots of onion gravy...just cant handle it anymore lol...spend 5 mins eating and 5 hours on the loo!! TMI sorry...enjoy your tea ;) hehe

pamper night sounds divine!!! ive not had a bath for about 4 years....that sounds so minging!! i do shower, promise!!! i cant get in and out of a bath cos of my poor ole muscles (or lack of) lol....enjoy!! you sound as if you have been well on track this week :D keep it up nicnacpaddywhack :D

I burnt 200 cals at the gym, doesnt sound a lot but its 14 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes fast pace walking on the tredmill :) very pleased with myself! :p
