Oh b*gger, just had a slice of chicken

    Hi again,

    Iv just eaten a slice of chicken :(:(:(

    I felt so sick, so I grabbed slice.

    Be honest, what does that mean to the diet, Im day 9 SS, would it take me out of ketosis?

    Oh hum, so much for my positive thinking.

    Hi Bigmamma2littlemamma,

    Of all things you could crab to put in your mouth you have done right with the chicken as there is no carbs in it, it will not take you out of ketosis.

    Having said that...

    The important thing to remember is that nibbling aything will activate the chatter box into believing that it will be okay to eat other things and before you know it you have talked yourself out of the diet.

    Best to put it behind you now and move on and don't dwell on it.

    You did well only have a slice so well done. Try and put behind you and focus again on why you started CD
