oh dear :(

    well after 10 days i spectacularly messed up last night..it was day 10 i had been 100% but had been feeling so down and lightheaded etc...i popped a chicken nugget in my mouth last night and to suddenly taste something again was sooo nice,so over the next 2 hours i had a binge,plate of chips,chocolate bar,crisps etc...i am aware i will now be out of ketosis but i am gunna jump straight back into it and try and pretend last night didnt happen :( what a total idiot!!!

    So im expecting the next few days to be hard but i want to know if ive undone all my work,will i have to go through the horrible detox thing all over again??

    Onwards and upwards :sigh:

    Oh dear - you said it as well!!:rolleyes:
    This morning I had similar feelings, whilst still in bed I thought of "eggs". Why, I don't know, all I wanted was boiled eggs. I even looked up the calorie value for 2 boiled eggs, then somehow I resisted the temptation by reading other people's diaries. We are only humans, sometime there is a very strong urge to eat for no reason other than pure habit.
    Glad to hear you are back on the track, I am in my 6th week, I hope to get to week 10 without breaking:D

    Afraid you will have to go through the start again as you've kicked yourself out of ketosis.

    But don't just ignore it take it as an opportunity to look and think about the reasons behind why you did it.

    And, its onwards and downwards (as is downwards weight wise!) ;) good luck x

    You will get back into ketosis pretty quickly, so just get that determination back and carry on your journey. Lisa x

    Hey PrettyLadyagain,

    It happens to the best of us.. learn from it.. and get back on.. I think i've said this before.. but you need to clearly define reasons for why you are doing this.. find your motivation, is it health, confidence and make sure you remind yourself of them every other hour... keep reminding yourself.. and when your feeling weak and thinking of giving in.. think back to this time and how u felt... and think MIND OVER MATTER!!! Hopefully you will do great.. I look forward to seeing you posting your awesome weight loss stats over the coming weeks!!
