Been to gym today as well although not feeling too positive - feeling bloated again going to do red days until weigh in and keep off the carbs!

Feeling good this week :) gym going great and feeling really positive about things, think getting that first stone off has given me the motivation to keep going and can't wait to get the rest off!!!
 
Well spent the night in A+E last night - damaged ligaments in my foot! Gutted!
Really disappointed as not going to be able to exercise for ages :'(

OH no! So sorry to hear that. I hope it will heal well so you can get on with it soon. What did they say about swimming?
 
Swimming should be ok but can't put any pressure on it yet so laid up for a few days! Just hoping its not going to affect my WI this week :(

Had a cheeky piece of birthday cake when I got home from hosp, not sure of Syns as it was homemade by my grandma but didn't have any other Syns yesterday so just going to call it the whole days worth of 15.

Feeling so fed up I'm off to bed before I can comfort eat! Going to be home alone all day tomorrow as OH at work and my LO at her daddy's until tea time so not looking like i'll be feeling much better tomorrow! May even attempt work on Wednesday just so I don't have to lay on the settee all day!!!
