You're a star Jennikay! Worth the points! Good job I banked 2 points just in case :) I guessed 4 points...

Anyone use Hellmans extra light mayo?

I worked it out to be 1 point per 100g making it only 4points for the whole jar... That can't be right for a mayonnaise, can it?

Yep. One point per 100g. It's because it's so low in fat. Wish I liked it but I only like the fatty stuff so tend not to have it at all :(

That's right, balsamic vinegar is 0 points and it's lovely! I put it in with a tin of tomatoes and cook it down to make a thick sauce which is absolutely delicious :)

Hi can anyone tell me how many points for chicken mince 500g...(uncooked) Thanks x

I have found it at last... 9points i think x

Ostrich anyone?

I have a 125g steak for lunch, apparently ostrich is fairly low fat so I think I'm looking at about 3 points, but I'm not sure.

x

Karen, you are a book of knowledge! Where would we all be without you? :)

Had two pieces of Deans shortbread tonight! Little round things, very nice! lol! No idea of points tho! I guessed 1.55 each so 3 in total! ???

Can't find nutritional values but have found them for another brand of shortbread which comes out at 1.5 per biscuit so that would seem fine.

I have no life it would seem. I do enjoy searching for NVs on the web and translating them into points, saddo that I am :)
