Propoints in foods with a large vegetable content

I'm just wondering if you work out points on a label of a food with a large vegtable content eg a salad or stirfry is that the amount of propoints or is it actually less due to vegetables?

I just worked out a frozen stir fry to be 7 propoints. It has some noodles in it(25 %) but not many, could the package be wrong due to the large amount of vegtables?

Thanks

all veg have pp if you work out the nutritional info,,can you just work out the noodles if the veg is not in some sort of oil??

I think there is oil too :( probably too confusing to work out.

Thanks though just wanted to clear up the vegetables are always free even if the nutrition label works out otherwise :) x
