lunch - roast chicken, potatoes, cauliflower, brocholi, carrots, diet coke, grapes
dinner - chicken and sweetcorn noodle soup, satsuma's

challenging weekend as had family staying over wasn't 100% on plan fresh start tommrow though lot's of soup, speed food and body magic
