Question for the maintainers

Maintenance is still quite a long way off for me, but I would love to know how you successful slimmers are maintaining your weight.

After working through the CD steps, do you now follow a plan or a diet to keep the weight off, and once you started eating "normally" again did you have any initial weight gain.

I've been wondering about this too. I've never lost all my weight so the prospect of maintenance has never come up for me!! Would love to know how people do it.

I'd also like to know how it actually feels to get to goal weight and be slim - I can't quite imagine it!
