B. 2 eat smart sausages 1syn, then took our springer spaniel for a bit of work . Then had 2 egg omlette onions peppers mushroom and phili lite filling. Gorgeous.


L. Some ham, pickled onions, gherkins mullerlite yoghurt, watching all the rugby matches.

D. Chicken curry, cauliflower bhajee, sw lime pickle, mint yoghurt and onion tomato cucumber with fresh corriander, wm asda pitta bread hex b. Added some cream to the curry and made it with patak madras paste. Will charge myself 7 syns.

Another muller lite, choc spread 3 syns.

11 syns.

Alcohol doesn't feature much, always driving kids around. will have some wine tomorrow at mothers day dinner.

Green. My girls cooked sunday lunch for the family including my bro and parents. Lovely mothers day.

B. 4 miles walk, training springer spaniel. 2 egg omlette filled with mustard cress and phili lite

L. Roast lamb hex b 3oz, roast spuds, spring greens, carrots, peas, parsnips, gravy and yorkshire pud, red wine. Max of 20 syns.

D. Some baked beans.
 
Hi Quins, just wondering, when you have your omelette with philly light, do you add it to the egg before cooking or have it on he omelette after cooking?

Hi suzyflo, I spread the phili over the omlette as it is coming out the pan (or in a bowl if using works micro) . It is a real satisfyer, I never feel hungry mid morning.

Got 2 more bloody work trips, today and tomorrow seal same monday to wednesday. I really shouldn't worry, I will just have to make best choices.

Got back late friday night.

Weighed on saturday morning, 12'8'2! Well pleased, almost 2lb under target.

On antibiotics, sinuses blocked or running like ussain bolt! Feel rubbish, don't even want to go to quins game today. Half man half settee.

Snacked on 2 morrisons turkey breast in bread crumb, god knows how many syns , it was the texture and the heat on my sore throat, lovely.
D. Chicken thigh curry, can't taste it.

Fishermans friends, strepsils, chai tea, hot flu drinks, hot anything drinks. I'm a snotty state.

B . Omlette , wm role , fresh tomatoes and left over salad, can't taste it and have practically gone deaf.

L. Egg drop soup. Chinese equivalent of jewish chicken soup.

D. Roast chicken, veg and gravy. 5 syns. Glass red wine cos I feel rough. 5 syns?

Snacked on a home made rock cake, 10 syns? Lean ham. A mullerlite orange with choc sprinkles 1 syn?

Weighed Friday, waiting for the results of 3 foreign tips in as many weeks. ........12'10 , still at target! A 2lb gain, but very pleased.

B. 3eggs scrambled at work with phili lite.

L. Sea food sticks, salad, half jacket potato

D. Eat smart sausages, 4 syns, 2sm wm danish toasted, gherkins, lettuce, tomatoe, pickled onions.


Snacked on tempting choc treats brought back from abroad for my team, mullerlite mint yogurt, homemade ticket cake. More syns than you can shake a stick at!
