Club ride, another toughie. I swear this group is getting stronger every week. Even some of the seasoned riders are being split from the group, I'm on my own fir most of the ride home. I went off the front when someone had a puncture and the group eventually caught me up and went by like a train, making choo choo noises as well. It was awesome, but a kick in the teeth at the same time.

Hot bath is lovely. Just beginning to feel my toes. And I'm soooooo hungry.

Utterly depressed or grieving, a weeping sobbing mess, got to work and had to come home. Broke down and have been in bed till 5 pm then been weepy and hugely irritable and short tempered. Not happy with myself or much of anything.

Thanks HH, been feeling very low, GP wanted to give me 2 weeks off, I asked for 1 and to review it, I'm still tearful. Poor Mrs isn't sleeping well, she's been waking at 4am.. We've both been prescribed some sleeping pills, I'm not keen but Dr said to take one other day if struggling. There is so much to do, funeral, estate, possessions, probate.....their farm, horses, dog. My head is bursting with it all. So glad I've got a sensible Mrs and a sis in law as executors. Can't believe that my father jn law has gone so soon, feel bloody robbed of him.

Sorry , that all just came out......

There is so much to sort out, did they have a financial adviser, if so they will help with a lot of the work. I work in the FS & we will help sort out our clients estates we do as much as we can 'cause it's easier for us to deal with.

It may help if you come on here more often & just 'let it all out' and it's easier somehow with virtual friends.

Thanks HH, it did help.
