Quins; back to the plan.

Thanks Evie, it's no great deal, I've been sporty all my life and love cycling. I've had a few months away from regular club rides as I had to support my son in his rugby league. Now getting back in the groove. Still pleased with yesterday though.
 
Monday. Green

2x12.3 mile time trial commutes , v pleased both at 16mph, improvement. Felt good after yesterday's efforts.

Snack - banana on train.

B. Overnight oats, plain yoghurt and muller light raspberry layered with fresh strawberries , frozen raspberries. Beauty.

L. Basmati and wild rice with green lentils, onions,Marlin, chicken stock, Sri Lankan dark curry powder, chilies, cumin seeds, carrots diced and left over bns chunks. V tasty and fragrant.

D. Jacket potato , beans, 4 syns for 2 tsp butterly, cottage cheese and pickled onions, encona pepper sauce. Was absolutely Hank after the ride home.

Think I might have a curly wurly later....6 syns

Tuesday

Green.

12.1 miles time trial commute , pleased to get average speed 16.4 mph on the morning ride. Smashed it in the way home by averaging 18.1 mph! Feeling stronger. Another 24 miles cycled.

B. Overnight porridge

L. Dahl. Made in slow cooker. Lentils , carrots, onions, pepper corns, water , chicken stock, cumin seeds and garam masala. Added fried onions , garlic and more cumin seeds. 1 syn for oil used.

Had a liaison meeting, had a Diet Coke then a gin and tonic 5 syns.

D. Omlette , parmentier potatoes , baked beans. Omelet filled with onions peppers, lean bacon, 2 syns for diced hot spicy chorizo, peppers, mushrooms and hex a no2 phili lite. Fresh chili.

8 syns. Might have an options hot choc to finish off syns.

Red

B. Scrambled eggs bacon Spring onion peppers chili

L. Lean beef , chicken drumsticks, cherry toms, cucumber, 4 ryvita dark rye hex b, 2 laughing cow light.

D. 2 well seasoned chicken thighs roasted on onions carrots peppers, 8 Oz jacket with 2 tea spoons phili lite garlic herb, broccoli mange tout.
 
Friday

Red.

12.1 miles commute , got 3 trophies on STRAVA , I must be getting better.

12.1 miles commute home was the fastest I've ever done , 18.4 mph average and sub 40 mins, starred with 45 + mins!

B. BLT with an egg on wm hovis Danish

L. Chicken drumsticks

D. Turkey breasts seasoned, red onions, lettuce, 8oz jacket ( hex b 2)
