ProPoints Rachel's weight loss diary - Dublin

Hey all,

Well today was my official first day back since 16th November...
Result: +5.5lbs

Food diary for today is below

What I done well today:
-Didn't cry my eyes out for going back the weight is lost since October lol
?
-made sacrifices for treats I didn't think I had the willpower back to do ( resisted full fat butter, sugar in coffee and Choc ice cream)
-went to dunnes and got all my healthy necessities in to be good for the week

What I need to improve tomorrow
-drink my 1.5ltr water
-exercise and use my pedometer
-save points for night time treat (this seems to be my weakness)

Also part of the new me is spending more time on myself so I feel better about me so took time today to remove my make up before bed and apply my night cream ... Feel good that I took the 5 mins as would usually just fall asleep

Breakfast
2 x med eggs 4pp
1.5 slice whole meal bread 3pp
Tea 1 sugar 1
Half pint skim milk 3
Total breakfast: 11

Lunch:
Baguette (scooped out all the bread inside) 6pp
Ham wafo 20g 1pp
Low fat cheese slice 1pp
Butter low fat 10g 1pp
Half pkt king crisps (13g) 2pp
Tea 1 sugar and milk 2pp
Coffee milk from above 0pp (drank Wag too much tea/coffee)
Total lunch: 13pp

Dinner:
Stir fry made with
WG rice half pkt 3pp
Healthy mixed beans and 5pp
Turkey fillet 3pp
Black bean sauce 1pp
Total dinner: 12pp

Desert:
Ww yoghurt 1pp
Pineapple 0pp
Total desert: 1pp

Snacks
2 square of dairy milk (read online it's 1point each? Could it really be?) 2pp
Ww crackers 1pp
Low fat pate spread 1pp
Mint Choc biscuit 2pp
Ww bar 2pp

Hey hun.. how many PP's are they?? Maybe hav a nice subsitite if its too much?? Thing about cravings is they dont go away.. And better to feed them than leave them linger (IMO)
When I used to crave a maccers, I'd go, but have a cheese burger rather than big mac.. Get it take away so i'm not sitting there with just a burger.. and just have the burger..Skip the fries etc... Sounds scabby but it got rid of the craving for far less PP's than if I left it linger.. Coz then I'd hav a blow out and ruin a week of good work..
 
Whopper migraine all so really don't have it in me to fully update diary ?

Went over dailies by 5pp which I'm not happy bout but I did walk the legs off myself on treadmill for 30mins lol

Gave into temptation of Butlers hot Choc but got skinny version with no cream so feel not top bad bout that

Hey all,

Ughhh what a **** **** day!

Feeling so fat today and finding it very hard to stick to my points I just feel so hungry and tempted

Then someone tells me today that I need to drop 3 points as that's part of the new plan changes.,, my leader didn't tell me this so with still 4 days to go I've now practically had all my weeklies

Ughh let's hope tomorrows a better day

That's not true chic. U don't HAVE to drop. It's an optional change as part of some amendments made to the program. It ur happy with how the program has been working for u, stick with how ya'v been doin it x

Do what's right for u hun. Remember yer only getting back to it n it's difficult enough. Maybe wait til yer yer back on track 100% n feelin it n then drop. Or drop 1 at a time per week... Not such a shock to the system then cx
 
Hey guys,

Day 5 now of back on track and it has got alot easier...

Trying to drop my points by 3 to 29 and I'm getting there... Means I've used some of my weeklies but I don't mind that... I've exercised twice (couch to 5k and 30 mins on thread mill) and will exercise today as well..

Weigh in is Wednesday and I'm looking forward to it...

Couldn't do it without all the support from you guys

Anyway, sorry for blabbering on... Diary for yesterday

Breakfast
Wheetabix x 2 with 220ml skim milk (3+2=5pp)
Tea 80ml milk and 1 sugar (1+1=2)
Breakfast 7pp

Lunch
Soup chicken and noodle 3pp
Small roll 3pp
Butter low fat (connought gold is yum) 1pp
Banana,orange and kiwi 0pp
Total lunch 7pp

Dinner
Salmon steak done in pepper and 1tbs soy sauce 6pp
150g baby potatoes cut into wedges and coated with spicy Cajun spices (3+1=4)
Mangetout and beans stir fried
Sweet chilli dip 1pp
Total dinner 11pp

Snacks
Tea 2
Hot choc 4
Popcorn and diet coke 6

Total used 37 (29 dailies ad 8 weeklies)

Exercise (day 1 couch to 5k)
