:)Just wanted to say how pleased I am that I joined RC. I really have done every diet under the sun, including VLCDs but this one is not making me obsess about food and I can honestly say I'm finding it easier than any other diet I've done. - Why don't more people do RC?!! The weight loss seems to be faster than WW and slimming world too which is a bonus!

1st week - 4.5lb
2nd week - 2.5lb
3rd week - 2.5lb
4th week +1lb (time of the month)
5th week (weight in tomorrow but I reckon I've lost 3lbs!!- yeah!)

Great losses and well done :)

Glad you have found the right diet for you, I tried RC for a while but didn't work for me so well but all that matters is that we all pick the best tool (diet) that fits our lifestyles and then go for it.

it works for me to,first time round lost 3st then got in aplateau STS
AND gaining didnt go for awhile and have put most of it back on rejoined 3wks ago 2IB GAIN this wk with been away still got 7IB
OFF hopeffully lose next wk tryed most diets sw,slimfast fad diets
etc this is the best group and better value for money with the exercise classes too

Slimjanine - that is a great weight loss, what is your secret? are you excercising as well as the diet?

I exercise as well between classes ,I walk daily most days and do dvd's too!
