My name's Sarah, I'm 30 and married with 4 year old twins. I'm 5ft 4 and my starting weight is 12.2.4 and target is 10 stone. I'm doing ss+ at the moment and alternating between 4 cd products and 3+dinner. It's worth doing ss+ just to have the milk in my tea!
I've just read through this conversation from start to finish so am fully up to date! I don't blame you girls for being naughty with a hangover, I certainly couldn't cope with ss and a hangover!
One thing I was going to ask about drinking, I read that it's dangerous to drink alcohol when in ketosis. Have any of you heard this? I'm too scared to drink as no that once I start I'll get blotto and will be at McDonald's the next day!
Looking forward to my weigh in Thursday! Can't wait to be on week 3 as desperate for the chocolate bars and mousse mix!
I had chicken and salad for my tea yesterday and today and did have a couple of bites of my kids' lamb chops! Figured they're protein and haven't come out of ketosis at least!
I also had a coke zero yesterday which I'm not sure is allowed... I know diet coke isn't but have read mixed info about coke zeros so yesterday at a very low and emotional point I decided to listen to those who were saying yes
