Hi everyone,
I tried to restart last week and was ok for 2 days. I was running low on shakes so ordered more which should have arrived on Friday, however, I missed the delivery man. I was home, sorting washing upstairs and swear he didn't knock or ring the bell but when I went back down the delivery slip was in the letter box. This meant I was out of stuff and in true fatty skupio style I scoffed all the wrong things over the weekend. My delivery is due again today and I'm going to sit by the window to make sure I don't miss it again.
I've given myself a good talking to and am going for it TS for 25 days (that's how much stuff i'll have).
I'm hoping to post some weight loss on here again soon rather than my failed attempts. Wish me luck.
