well have been rather rubbish recently at writing it all down etc so have decided to start a new diary

Breakfast
Grapefruit

Lunch
Fat Free Supernoodles, tuna, soy sauce and 28g cheese

Treat
26g curly wurly from multi pack 6syns

dinner (will be)
Home made stew
dessert will be some pineappl or another grapefruit.

aim this week due to flexi day on friday is to lose the 1lb i put on last week due to being rubbish!!!
 
well we went for a walk to town as thursday we treated me to a psp and we wanted a memory stick. we walked to town which is a mile and had a look and walked around for bout 2 hours and i managed to avoid anything being sold to me at the german market feeling rather chuffed with myself lol
 
Good morning everyone another ee day for me

Breakfast 3 slices brown bread (1hexb and 3 syns) beans and cheese (hexa)
lunch roast chicken no skin, 2 small yorkshires 6syns, parsnips, greens and carrots and sw roast potatoes and gravy 1syn

dinner tuna and low fat supernoodles

dessert - jelly 1/2 syn and a grapefruit

lunch - left over stew and a bread roll 6syns
dinner - spag bol and 28g cheese (hexb)

snack 3 biscuits 9 syns
 
Breakfast mueller light and fruit
lunch couscous, 2 tbsp xtra light mayo 1syn, tuna and salad
dinner pork, mash and vegetables and gravy 1syn
