Hi all. I'm new to the forum today. I've been doing SW for 3 wks now and have lost 5lbs but I lost nothing at all this week...which makes me feel slightly discouraged as I didn't do anything different
has anyone got any ideas as to why this is or suggestions of how to increase weight loss this week?
