Sambam's Food Diary (Struggling by with 26pp a day!) x

Rite guys goin 2 start this again ive been so busy and boring and not updated it but since I have gained 2lb this wk I need some discipline in my life! Definitely not pointing properly eatin wee bits of Easter egg and this that and the nxt thing!!

Anyway today I have had -

Breakfast - toast 4pp (outsider)
Choc Philly teaspoon - 1pp
Coffee - 1pp

Lunch - salad lettuce cucumber beet root pickles small spoon light coleslaw half tin tuna - 4pp

Dinner - wrap - 4pp
Lettuce - 0pp
Chicken from mcds premier meal oh brought in -6pp without bun
Onion rings i made - 1pp

Snacks - frozen berries yoghurt - 2pp
Hot choc options - 1pp
Curly wurly - 3pp
Pineapple chunks - 0pp
2 cups of tea - 1pp
Bourbon cream - 2pp

Random bits that I've shoved in my mouth today from my wee boys sweeties to OH dinner - I would estimate at 4pp to be safe.

34 propoints! So we're off to a flying start... Day 1 and I've used 8 weeklies! Well done sambam u greedy pie! :) x

I find posting on here held keep me on track it's like you have to own up to what you've had! 8 weeklies isn't too bad a start chick still leaves plenty for rest of week don't worry about it :) x
 
Only seeing now you've a diary sambam. Will have a nose to see what your eating. Although all them mini chocolate treats, I'm getting hungry reading it, lol.

Hi all. Been ok today although still don't have the motivation to exercise! And also been a wee bit bad and pinched ohs leftover chips (I'm just so good at making them haha)

Bf -

Minestrone Heinz soup sachet - 2pp
Yoghurt - 2pp
Spirals crisps - 3pp
2 bits dairy milk caramel - 2pp

Dinner - bacon salad 4 medallions - 2pp
Lettuce cucumber beetroot pickles - 0pp
Coleslaw - 2pp

Snacks - mini twister lolly - 1pp
Hot choc x 2 - 2pp
Mini flake - 2pp
Spirals crisps again - 3pp

27 pp but I'll round it upto 30 because I ate loads of oh chips and I shouldn't have. So 4pp used today, 12 in total and 37 left :(

The slimatee is not working feel so bloated and minging!! X
 
And I know guys my eatin habits are far from healthy I'm a snack freak!! X

Daisy, I know the chips are everywhere haha! Also the slimatee is herbal tea from h&b aids weight loss (mild laxative!)

So today I have had... Mass amounts of chocolate again!!!

Anyway -

Lunch - Heinz tomato soup sachet - 2pp
FULL Crunchie - 5pp (Weak moment)
2 bits dairy milk caramel - 2pp

Dinner - Had some lettuce and cucumber with chilli sauce when got in from work cos I was wasting away haha. - 0pp
Stole a few of OH chips from chippy so call it about 7pp
Milky Way - 3pp
Another bit of crunchie - 2pp

Snacks - Spirals Crisps - 3pp
Mini Flake - 2pp
Mini Skittles - 2pp

HOLY MOLY... I have had 6 seperate portions of chocolate today! I'm actually embarrassed to publish this lol!!

29 points so another 3 weeklies used which takes me up to 15 but I'm goin to add another 4 for good measure because I actually took a bite of my wee boy's sausage supper which I shudn't have done. So total of 33 today, used 19, 30 left. That'll do I think just need 2 make sure I don't go out for dinner this wknd.

See looking at clothes online, it's strangely motivating to make you stick to the diet even if you dont buy! Sammy's tip of the day haha! x
 
Really enjoying the food I can eat on ww :) first WI was today and I gained 1lb but that was most likely due to totm and starting 30ds so not bothered will keep at it :) x
