What that is so crazy, especially as it is uncommon, you must have to be so cautious bless you x

I know! Especially in restaurants - they normally think I'm lying because I don't like them and just scrape them off my plate! I've got to be really careful to tell them about twenty times that I'm allergic, and I've still had to send several meals back because they haven't paid attention. Bet they'd be more careful if it was a nut allergy! :rolleyes:

Yeah, I love getting the tape measure out and actually seeing a difference. It's oddly more satisfying than seeing the scales go down for me!

I just use a normal pan, but it's taken me ages to be able to poach an egg properly! I'm getting quick good at creating a water vortex and cracking the egg in one handed now though! It's a major faff, but they taste so good when they're done!
 
Thank you, my biggest problem at the minute is snacking so will try the yoghurt after dinner and see if it stops the snacking x

30DS is hard! Have you done it? Level 2 is killing me at the moment, and I've hurt my knee so all the jumping is agony, haha!
 
Yesterday was a bit of a disaster! I was picking on food all day and didn't manage to do any exercise either :rolleyes: - I managed to restrain myself to about 1600 calories, so I'm going to try and scrape it back a bit for the next few days!

I've 'thought' about doing shred :)

I’d definitely recommend it! I’ve been doing it 4-6 times per week and it’s really made a difference to how many inches I’m losing :)
