Sarah's Food Diary (perhaps this time ill actually fill it in!!!)

ye i know im not beating myself up about it! Ive got til the end of Oct to lose 7lbs, have lost 4 then put on 1 so have 4 to go, perfectly doable without obsessing over it!
 
I am living over in England (Manchester Area) have been here for 10 years. I am back home all the time though, was there a couple of weeks ago. I actually come from a place called Edendarriff (usually people have no idea where that is). I just looked where you were from when i seen you were knocking back the WCC and was thinking ohhhh where can I get them over here!!!! I love them things.
 
Edendarriff near Ballynahinch, yeah ive heard of it! I think a girl I went to school with lived there but cant remember her name! Yeah they are lovely arent they. Expensive though at £3.20 a bottle and in syns at 7.5 too!
 
Monday 25th October - Green

Breakfast:
Oats so simple (HEb) and milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Uncle Bens Vegetable Pilau Rice (3.5) and velvet crisps (4). 4 mikado (2)

Dinner:
Baked potato with chilli prawns (HEb), beans and cheese (HEa)

Tuesday 2nd November - Green

Breakfast:
Oats so simple (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Homemade veg soup, pkt crisps (7), apple, 4 mikado (2)

Dinner:
Pork chop (HEb) with sw chips, cheese (HEa) and steam fresh veg.

Wednesday 3rd November - EE

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple (HEb) with milk (HEa)

Lunch:
Homemade veg soup, strawberries and pineapple with vanilla muller light, 2 apples.

Dinner:
Chicken jalfrezi (8.5) with boiled rice, poppadom (4). 3 cans Strongbow (24)

Tuesday 9th November - Red

Breakfast:
Porridge (HEb) with milk (Hea)

Lunch:
Homemade veg soup. Frozen berries with toffee mullerlight. Soda bread (3) 4 black jack sweets (2). Pkt crisps (7)

Dinner:
Smoked haddock with baked potato (Heb), l/f cheese (HEa) and veg.

Wednesday 10th November - EE

Brunch:
Fried egg (in frylight), lean bacon and english muffin (8)

Dinner:
Fish pie - baked potato, haddock, cod, salmon, broccoli, carrots, l/f cheese (HEa), philli light (2)

Thursday 11th November - Red

Leftover fish pie
