Wednesday 6th October - Red Day

Breakfast:
Weetabix choco (HEb) with milk (HEa) and ryvita

Lunch:
Pitta bread (7), chorizo (2.5), proscuitto (1.5), ham & l/f cheese (1/2HEa). Strawberries and melon with toffee muller light and 6 mikado (3)


Dinner:
Haddock with baked potato (HEb), l/f cheese (1/2HEa) and veg.

Breakfast:
Weetabix choco (HEb) with milk (HEa) and ryvita

Apple & 2 mikado (1)

Lunch:

Indian - chicken jalfrezi (8.5) with boiled rice and a poppadom (4)

Chilli chicken with boiled rice and veg (15)

Dinner:
Yellow fin sole (HEb) with chilli and garlic, roasted peppers and baked potato with l/f cheese (HEa)

Brunch:

Scrambled egg and lean bacon

Went to the races as a treat with my bf! We won about £70 but also spent about the same so broke even! Unfortunately had a lot of alcohol! Think about 6 west coast cooler rose at the races. Was on my feet and walking around all day though! We then walked a mile into the town and went to the indian! Had another 4 wcc in there then went to the bar next door and had another 4!!! :eek: So think thats probably an awful lot of syns!!! (Just looked them up, 7.5 per bottle and I had 14 bottles = 105 - a weeks worth of syns in one day - OOPS!!!)

Dinner:
Chicken jalfrezi (8.5) with boiled rice and a poppadom (4).

Sunday 17th October - EE

Chicken & prawn curry with rice

Tuesday 19th October - Green

Baked potato with cheese (HEa) and beans.
2nd dinner:
Prawns (HEb) cooked in chilli and garlic

Wednesday 20th October - Green

Dinner:
Chilli and garlic prawns (HEb) with noodles and stir fry veg.

Dinner:
Smoked haddock, prawns in chilli and garlic with baked potato (HEb) and cheese (HEa). 1 mikado (1/2) and toffee muller light.

Saturday 23rd October - EE

Breakfast:
Oats so simple (HEb) made with water with some strawberries added.

Lunch:
Scrambled eggs and lean bacon. Grapes and banana.

Dinner:
Chicken and prawn stir fry with noodles and veg.

Snacks:
Pkt velvet - 4, 8 Mikado - 4

Have a few syns to play with in case I decide to have a couple of drinks at the party if I dont drive!

Velvet crisps - 4, 8 mikado - 4

hee hee I know but they are on offer in Asda so I bought loads!! Always handy to ping in the microwave in work! And very filling!

Thanks but I put on 1lb this week due in no small part to the fact I used a week's worth of syns last Saturday hee hee!!!

But hopefully will see a loss this week. Esp as according to my calculations i shall have 29 syns left by end of Sunday so can have a few extra wee drinkies tonight! :D
 
1 pounds not bad, at least you know where it came from! Be off in no time!
