Banana and custard muller light and a scone from work (10.5)

Lunch
Fruit cocktail: strawberries, melon, grapes and apple all smothered in toffee muller light.

Dinner
Pasta with philadephia light (HEa) with passata and chilli, chicken and prawns.

Leftover chicken in passata with tagliatelle pasta
Melon, strawberries, grapes with banana and custard muller light

Chicken chow mein from Chinese (7)

Brunch
2 boiled eggs and soda bread soldiers (1.5)

Dinner
Chicken stuffed with cheese (HEa) wrapped in bacon with SW chips.

Supper
Bowl of dry bran flakes (HEb)

Syns: Soda bread (1.5), candy floss (3), ice lolly (5) = 9.5

Sunday 16th May - EE

Soda bread (1.5) with bacon and cheese (HEa)

Dinner
Chicken with stuffing (5) wrapped in bacon with baked potato and cheese (HEb)

Cant believe I lost 5lbs this week - whoopie!!!

Lettuce, carrot, cheese (½HEa), ham and chicken. Strawberries, melon, grapes with lemon cheesecake muller light (1). Apple

Dinner
Baked potato (HEb) with ½tin baked beans (2) and cheese (½HEa)

Haddock and prawns with curry powder, chilli powder, garlic, carrots, broccoli with sw chips (HEb) and cheese (½HEa).

Water intake: 3 bottles of 750ml = 2.25l

Syns: Muller light (1), 5 chips from chinese (6) = 7

Working late tonight which is why im having the baked potato just! Might stop off at the chinese on way home and get some crispy duck for 10.5 syns as ill only have used 1 all day! Will update tomorrow!

Water intake - 6 x 750ml = 4.5litres

Syns: Muller light (1) so far! Didnt have chinese, had glass fizzy rose (4), 2 pkts velvet (8) = 13

Water intake - im on no 5 750ml bottle and will prob have another one before I finish so 4.5l again today!!!

Syns: fizzy rose wine - 3 glasses = 12

well im back again!!! like a bad penny i just keep turning up! Gonna keep a food diary again as found it helpful last time. Also I can look back at when I was losing to see what sort of things I was eating!

Re-started on September 7th so yesterdays eating was as follows:

EE
Breakfast:
Bran flakes (HEb) with milk (Hea) and banana

Lunch:
Tomato soup (8.5), melon, watermelon & grapes

Dinner:
Chicken, prawns, rice, tikka powder, chilli powder, tomato puree, garlic, passata, runner beans, carrots, sweetcorn & rice.

Syns:
Kit kat (5.5), Tomato soup (8.5) = 14

Total Syns for week = 105
Total Syns Used = 14
Total Syns Left = 91

My plan for today is another EE day:
