Yes, felt very guilty after my scoff yesterday, so im back on 100% today and until monday now. I have 4 days to shed the pounds.

I did get on my scales this morning after a 2 day break and ive shed a couple already so im happy!

Hey girls, well I took the dog out for a walk last night bless her as we missed out the night before (she was hot and bothered bless her).
I took her a different route this time and took her for a long walk, was out for bout 45 minutes and she was happy and i felt good for it too, gu na work out bonus points.

Defintely going to do it tonight when the kids are in bed.

Ooh well done hun! I would love to do that but no-body has a dog i could walk!!!
Dont mind walking by myself with my ipod but oh i cant bring myself to walk in when its this hot!!!
I cant force myself to leave my nice cool room lol :Dx

Really sorry to hear you gained (I also gained 1/2lb this week) but it looks like your kickstart week is paying off, going by your sneaky weigh ins at home, so fingers crossed you get a really good loss this week x

How you finding kickstart? I'm going back to points from the beginning of August so might kickstart for the first week.

I hope so, but im going to have to buy some new scales as mine are knackered lollllll so going to get some off amazon right now!

Funny you should say that, i think mine are broken too, they weigh me 8 stone heavier than i should be;)xx

Ive just ordered some new ones off amazon and some kitchen scales too so i can weigh stuff better - only 4 quid for digital ones! not bad eh!
 
that sounds like a bargain! ... I could do with some Digi ones mine are the old fashioned dial ones! lol
