Decided to start a food diary so I can see what works (and what doesn't!!).

I also love getting ideas from everyone else's diaries.

I joined a class on Thursday night so here is what I ate yesterday:-

Breakfast

Oatso simple golden syrup 4
Milk allowance for cereal and coffee 2

Lunch

salad
lettuce, cucumber 0
olives - 7 1
Tesco Light Choices Caesar Dressing 1tblsp 0
Aldi honey roast ham 77g 1

half Tesco Pineapple Pot 2

Dinner

Quorn mince, spaghetti, onion, tinned tomatos 7

Anytime

Tesco Light Choices Choc Mousse 2
2 glasses wine 6
carrot batons (to snack) 0
Sugar (for coffee) 3

TOTAL POINTS 28 points (1 point over but it was Friday night!)


I must get some sweetners and drink more water!

OKay here's Saturday's - a bit more tricky as during the week i work so you can get in a good routine.




Breakfast

2 weetabix 3
200ml Alpro soy unsweetened milk 2
Nescafe Skinny latte sachet 2

Lunch

salad
lettuce, cucumber, pepper 0
olives - 7 1
Tesco Light Choices Caesar Dressing 1tblsp 0
leftover Quorn mince, onion,tomato 5

Dinner

Omelette -
2 eggs, pepper, onion, splash of soy milk, fry light, 70g ham 3

No excercise today but i have not stopped doing the housework! lol

I have used all my points for today! (6.10pm) (Me and my OH went for a brisk walk round the lake for an hour and a half so i did earn some extra activity points)

Tomorrow i need to go shopping to get some fresh supplies.

Hope everyone had a good weekend - i find them the hardest
 
Yea think weekends are hardest because there is more routine to the week plus there's often more things going on like pub lunch or cinema at the weekends.
 
I feel like i have eaten so much today.

I also did a 45min brisk walk (after work at 4.30pm) with my daughter round the lake - I started off quite quickly but soon got pooped! Hopefully I can build up my stamina a bit over time. Tomorrow my plan is to go swimming straight after work.

Hi I see you've just started, just to let u know you need to point your sweetcorn (Enless they were baby corn) its easy to miss these things and they add up. Sounds like your getting a good balance with your food though. Good luck x
 
Went swimming after work today, I am really happy with my motivation level at the moment. I have earned 15 activity points so far.
