Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

Lit a candle for my mum. Miss her loads but feeling better.

Ugh feeling uncomfortable full. tomorrow is a fresher start. Too much comfort eating today.

No junk! Want a junk free week to kick start my body!

Feeling better today. No junk and healthy eating.☺

Went shopping last night so actually have some food in. Definitely helps.

Bought a exercise watch for birthday that will link with phone app. So will be exercising again as have fallen off my exercise routine.

I got the dynamo from aldi. Very good for the price. It's definitely motivating me to walk round the office more. Went for walk on my lunch break as well.

Oh no looks like I'm getting a cold.

Definitely continuing with healthy eating as need to keep up immune system . Want this gone for 25th as going to Glasgow.

I'm loving it definitely finding more ways to be active and get out of my office chair more often.

So pleased it's the weekend! Still feeling a bit ill but just working it's way through the symptoms.
 
Attacked a bar of chocolate. Off plan today. Oh well. Hopefully will feel better tomorrow.
 
Can't seem to stop eating today.

Feeling worn out. Going to a market tomorrow so a bit of walking will do me good.

1073 steps today after going round shopping.
 
Horrible nights sleep and still feeling crappy.

Having tomatoes for breakfast for vitamin C boost.
