Seafood pasta

    This is one of my favourite dishes.

    It's simple. quick and very easy.

    1 pack Morrisons mussels in garlic sauce (3 points in whole box)
    1 onion
    1 chilli pepper deseeded
    130g King Prawns (1 point)
    80g scallops (1 point)
    2 large portions of spaghetti 6 points (1 potion = 3 points

    11 points for recipe = 5.5 points per portion

    Fry onion and chilli in spray oil till soft
    cut bag of mussels and empty contents into pan. Add prawns and scallops and cook for 3 - 4 mins.
    Serve on a bed of spaghetti.

    This will serve 2 people, very good for entertaining :D
