shrinking

I know we are supposed to shrink sizes but height nooooooo chemist mesured me to check my bmi and she said i'm 5ft7 just.... so i lost an inch somewhere thats not good her bmi chart makes me a higher bmi :cry:

checked at home i have i deffo lost an inch :cry:
chemist never mesured me when i first started just did it today
oh well if i lose an inch every 2 stone ill be 5ft6 soon lol

It can depend on the time of day you're measured. Overnight our vertebrae go back to normal but throughout the day they compact slightly. Soooo we're technically taller in the morning!

Strange you should say this Debz! I've grown up! I always thought I was 5ft7 but when I first got weighed in I was 5ft8! I have grown an inch!

I think their height charts are up the left! All wonky! Measure yourself at home.

I also think the BMI is a Bloody Mad Idea! Hate the BMI index. I think it's so unrealistic!
