Wednesday 30th June (EE)

Breakfast:

Melon
Weight watchers yoghurt
2 boiled eggs

Lunch:

Ryvita minis (HexB) and an apple :(

I had to shoot off to a hospital appointment, and it took me so long to park at the hospital that I didn't get time to eat properly!

Supper:

1 beef tomato stuffed with savoury rice and 42g reduced fat cheddar (HexA)
Bacon
Mushrooms
1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)

Snacks:

1 chocolate snack a jack (3 syns)
1 mint penguins (5.5 syns)
10 maltesers (5 syns)

Thursday 1st July (EE)

I thought it was about time to type up my food diaries. It's been a busy weekend this weekend :)

Breakfast:

Pineapple
Raspberries
WW yoghurt

Lunch:

Ryvita minis (HexB)
Apple
2 satsumas

Supper:

2 new potatoes
Stuffed tomato with savoury rice + 42g RF cheddar (HexA)
1 red leicester and onion Quorn sausage (yuk!!) (0.5 syns)
2 butter buds (1 syn)
2 tbsp ketchup (2 syns)

Snacks:

Chocolate snack a jack (3 syns)
Tesco cheese curls (3.5 syns)

Chicken breast sliced and marinated in:
- lemon and orange juice
- rind of lemon and orange
- parsley
- black pepper
- tarragon, then cooked on George Foreman grill :)
Green beans
Mushrooms

Snacks:

Raspberries
Sweetened natural yoghurt

Alcohol:

4 pints of lager and lime - 40 syns, oops! :eek:

I've had such a busy day today! :( I haven't eaten properly all day, boo hiss!

We went out for a meal as a colleague is leaving, so I had the following:

Pasta napoli - pasta with a tomato, onion, garlic and basil sauce, topped with melted cheese (HexA + ~ 10 syns)
2 pints Strongbow (20 syns)
1 malibu and diet coke (2.5 syns)

Saturday 10th July (EE)

Supper:

Had to go to Wetherspoons as Frankie and Bennys was packed :( I had the following:

Warm chicken and bacon salad (supposed to be 17.5 syns :eek: but I'm only counting it as 8 as I had no dressing at all!!)

1 WW Belgian chocolate slice (5 syns)
1 Tesco light choices lemon drizzle cake (3.5 syns)

Menu sounds good for today, what is a schwartz shot? I've seen also mug shots on other people menu's, any idea what they are!

Whens your weight in day? and do you start your Syns for the week from your WI day or Monday to Monday- I think its a good idea to do a weekly count as well as a day count.

Are you going to have any more Syn's today?

Ooo, a new reader :) You're also doing really well hun, you've got yourself a shiny 7lb sticker :D You can copy and paste stickers from other people's signatures if you want to show them on your signature.

Schwartz Shotz are a seasoning sachet for various meats/fish and they're free on all plans :)

Mug shots are a bit like pot noodle really, and some of the noodle varieties are free on a green day, or on EE. They're quite high in calories though (although we don't do calorie counting as such), so I try not to have them as snacks unless I'm absolutely shattered.

I weigh in at home on a Friday morning as soon as I get up, and then I start my syns from that day. I only tend to count weekly syns as welll as daily syns when I'm planning a night out, or have been out and need to claw back some syns. I find the weekly syns count helps to keep me focused so that I know exactly how many I can have each day until WI :) I might have some more syns today after I've had my stir fry, but it all depends on how full I am :)

Anyways, sorry for the essay of a post! Keep up the good work hun :)

Ohh thanks for that! I was a bit confused about seasoning sachets as some we had in the cupboard all seemed quite high! So its good to know, I shall keep an eye out in tesco for them!

I have tried to put some other things in my signature, but it says that max characters are 150, I asked in the help section and someone said I needed to post 20 or 50 etc to gain more space!

Haha so I a lurking around people's diaries posting :D

But yes a new reader for your diary I like pinching other people's ideas! Also we have recently relocated to Lincoln and we don't know hardly any people here so I kinda like reading things on here and having a bit of a chat with people!
