Right FOOD PORN alert.  Today I had a vanilla and a choccy shake, had a nice long walk round some gardens and then came back to:
 
Not so bad:
BBQ pork chop
BBQ small piece of tandoori chicken
One and a half pork sausages
A Chinese pork burger
Salad leaves with low fat dressing (don't know about this?)
 
Bad, bad, bad:
Half a corn on the cob
One tiny smidgen of a bite of Magnum white
 
Avoided sucessfully:
Potato salad
Bread
Wine
Rhubarb crumble (very nice apparently!)
 
Oh well, nevermind.  Could have been worse.  Unfortunately despite what everyone seems to think, when I've been not eating for a bit, it doesn't seem to make me eat any slower or make me full really quickly.  If that was the case I would not have been able to eat all the above!!  I have had an indecent amount of Dr Pepper Zero as well.
 
I weighed myself again this morning but have told myself I will not do this until Thursday as I can't keep weighing every day.  I had lost ANOTHER POUND to 10 stone 1 lb but I'm not changing my ticker this time as I may find this has changed tomorrow, if indeed I was going to weigh myself.  Maybe come Thursday I'll have put the 3lbs back on due to today's food?  Actually, I feel a bit quesy now.  It's been a nice day though
