Stupid scales went to 10 stone 7lb - flickered, flickered, flickered - then settled for 10 stone 8lb and ZERO oz!!!! Ah well, at least it's going in the right direction. So that's 1lb off and 1lb on since the scale hop. Which considering I feel like a beached whale isn't so bad. Why why why does this diet always do weird things to my hormones though? I'm hot and bloated.....nice.....
This is the reason I don't deserve any more than a 1lb loss (or any infact!):
Friday: started off OK then crisps, half portion chips, booze
Saturday: crisps, banana chips, half portion chicken udon noodles, half a pulled pork and coleslaw roll with pickles, a fishdog (like a hotdog but with fish and minted mushy peas in it), loadsa booze
Sunday: a huge pulled pork burrito with extra guacomole, rice and beans, a chicken burger from the kebab, booze
Monday: stuck to diet then about 6 glasses of wine :/
