7th April 2011 - Red

Breakfast
- 3 scrambled eggs mixed with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A). 1 strawberry muller light. 1 pear.

Lunch - 1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread (B) with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A). 2 Alpen Light Bars (B). 1 pear.

Dinner - Chicken breast with 1/2 sachet of Schwartz coq-au-van (3), diced carrots and diced onions.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. Silverskin pickled onions. 1 Asda mini raspberry ripple icecream pot (3). Kitkat (5.5)

Breakfast - 1 Asda Wholemeal Pitta (B) with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triagles (1/2 A). 1 muller light. 1 pear.

Lunch - Batchlors low fat supernoodles. 3 Pagan Krisprolls (B) with 3 Dairylea light cheese triangles (1/2 A). 1 pear.

Dinner - Boiled rice and Stagg Chilli Sinverado (5.5)

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). Bucks Fizz (4)

Lunch - 1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread (B) with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A), 2 strips of frying steak (fat removed) and lettuce.

Dinner - Bolognase (EL mince, canned chopped tomatos, onions, carrots and beef OXO cubes) topped with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A).

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 quality street (2.5). 1 Asda raspberry ripple tub (3.5). Silverskin pickled onions. Mini milky bar (3.5)

Lunch - 1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread (B) with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A), 2 strips of frying steak (fat removed) and lettuce.

Dinner - Tesco Value Fish in Butter Sauce (2), prawns and mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water. Mini milky bar (3.5). Asda ice cream tub (3.5)

Lunch - Batchlors Cheese, leek and ham pasta in sauce (1). 1 apple. 1 Kellogs Fiber Plus Bar (B).

Dinner - Quorn and vegetable curry (4) with boiled rice.

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). Tin of sweetcorn. Strawberries and creme freche (4)

Total Syns - 9.5

Dinner - 1 salmon fillet, roasted butternut squash and tomato sauce (1).

Snacks - Cups of tea and coffee with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1/2 punnet of cherry tomatos. 28g Popz popcorn (7). 6 Haribo (3)

Hey missy! How are you?

Yeah im still here marching on as usual! I see you are too! Ive been gaining and losing the same few lbs so called target a few weeks ago and decided to 'go with the flow' a bit more. Got a lot of life stresses going on at the moment so the occasional off-plan day and the rest good old SW days seems to be helping a little!

Na we are not going away this year, cant afford it! Currently going through our second mortgage on a house so it's kind of taking all of our money! Were supposed to be going to Bruges and Spa with work on Monday and Tuesday but had to pull out because I wanted to save money for the house deposit and solicitors fees, exciting huh! So we shall be sunning it up in Costa Del Ipswich this year! xx

Lunch - 1 Asda wholemeal pitta bread (B) with 2 Dairylea Light cheese triangles (1/2 A). 1 apple.

Dinner - Beef medallion, prawns, mixed vegetables and tomato sauce (1).

Snacks - Cups of tea and coffee with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1/2 punnet of cherry tomatos. 2 Dairylea light cheese triangles (1/2 A). 4 Haribo (2). 1 mini milky bar (3.5) 6 Harino (3)

Ive not weighted for two weeks but though I better get on the scales this morning and was pleased to see a 2lb loss! :D

Friday 15th April - Off plan day. My work colleague has made cupcakes and im out for diner tonight to the seaside with friends. Looking forward to it!

Lunch - Pub lunch - Jacket potato, baked beans and salad. 1 diet coke.

Dinner - Pasta tubes with roasted onions, tomatos, mushrooms and sweetcorn mixed with 4 Dairylea Light Cheese Triangles (A).

Snacks - Cups of tea with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. 2 Alpen Light Bars. Tesco mix fruit salad. 1 Mugshot. 8 peices of chocolate at 23 calories per bit (9)

Ive been off-plan since Thursday and, quite frankly, im thankful to be back on SW!

26th April 2011 - Red

Lunch - 1 Kellogs Fiber Plus Bar (B) and 2 scrambled eggs with 28g of grated chedder cheese (A).

Dinner - Tesco Value Fish in Butter Sauce (2) and mixed vegetables.

Snacks - Cups of tea and coffee with skimmed milk (A). 2ltrs of water with NAS squash. 1 rubarb and bustard boiled sweet (1.5). Kitkat (5.5)
