Day 16
Start weight: 14st4lbs
Current weight: 13st6.8lbs
Total loss: 11.2lb
Lost 0.2lbs overnight and stuck to a chicken salad for lunch, then had a bar and carbonara. I am feeling really annoyed, as I am still the same weight I was last Saturday before I went to eat out. I know I haven't been 100% but it really is annoying. Usually I would have lost 13/14lbs by now. I will stick to it, but the small losses are so annoying and make the diet even harder to stick to.
