Slim for Summer Diary??

Wednesday
Breakfast - Alpen Light bar x 1 1/2 my HEXb
Snack - Mug Shot chicken noodle
Lunch - Sml jacket pot, beans, cheese HEXa & salad
Dinner - Veg rice, chorizo (2.5 syns), peppers, mushrooms, onion & pasatta, cooked in teaspoon olive oil ... 2nd 1/2 of my HEXb
Snack - Muller Light

Only 2.5 syns :)

My WI is on a weds night too ... I put on 0.5lb this week.
Normally I would be devastated about a gain but I had a fab week away with the girls last week and have been back on track for the last 7 days since I've been back so I'm happy that I have come back from holiday and kept to plan. Next week I am hoping to lose that 0.5lb and more to try and get my half stone sticker :) Fingers crossed!
 
Thurs -
Breakfast - Alpen Light (3 syns)
Lunch - Baxters Healthy Soup HEXb, wholemeal roll (2.5syns) & light spread (2syns)
Dinner - Fish Fingers x 4 (6syns), new potatoes, big salad & cheese HEXa
Snack - 3 mini meringues - 3 syns

Syns - 16.5 ... slight over because I just didn't plan well!
 
Friday -
Breakfast - 2 x alpen light HEXb
Lunch - sml jacket potato, chilli & salad
Snack - slice of homemade choc brownie brought into office ... i have no idea how many syns!!!
Dinner - SW Carbonara with large salad

Ohh this weekend didn't go too well :(

Saturday I had 2 large glasses of red wine - 8 syns each I think? plus a choc chip muffin and some Vianetta so Saturday is a complete write off.
Then on Sunday I had half an almond croissant for breakfast and some profiteroles for pudding after mothers day lunch so again Sunday is pretty bad.
So last night I made some super speed soup which I plan on eating for the next few days until WI and I am swimming tonight so I am back on track and still hoping for maybe a small loss this week?
 
Monday -
Breakfast - Cereal & Milk - HEXB & A
Lunch - Brocolli soup with beef & rocket sandwich - 7 syns from wholemeal bread
Snack - Super speed soup when I got home
Dinner - Oriental fish with stirfry veg & noodles (yummy!)
Snack - Muller light (black cherry & choc so 1 syn)

Total 8 syns
 
Tuesday -
Breakfast - Pineapple
Snack - Mini ryvitas - HEXB
Lunch - Super speed soup & muller light yoghurt
Snack - Melon & grape fruit salad
Dinner New pots, chorizo (2.5syns) chicken & peppers, cheese HEXA, 2 slicesbaguette (3.5sysn)
HEXA - milk from tea and coffee
2 sml glasses of wine - 12syns

It's wi tonight and I have no clue what i've done this week ... I've had some really good days and then some not so good and I've been over my syns.
I think i'll be pleased with any loss but a 1.5 off would take me to the half stone weight loss and I would be soooo pleased!!

I only lost the half pound so back to my weight before the holiday which is not bad I suppose.
Just got to get this pound off this week so I'll get the half stone award ... something I can't wait to achieve :)
The further I go into this diet though the harder I am finding it to say no to bad things ... I am sticking to the plan when it comes to the healthy extras and limiting dairy etc but if someone offers me something naughty I'm finding it so much harder to say no too!
I really need to get over this as it's effecting my losses :(
 
Friday -

Lunch - Beef sandwich on brown bread HEXB, marge - 2syns & tomato soup
Dinner - Chicken in nandos sauce (syns?), new pots & salad
Snack - Butterkist popcorn 5.5 syns
HEXA - milk in tea & coffee

Total - 7 syns plus nandos sauce
 
Saturday -
Breakfast - Apple & mullerlight
Lunch - Cottage pie, peas & carrots
Dinner - Joe's sausages (trying for first time and quite excited!), SW Chips cooked in extra virgin olive oil (HEXB) & roasted mushrooms & cherry tomatoes
Milk in tea & coffee HEXA
2 glasses of wine - 12 syns

I've had a fab day today ... I got my first ever '' you've lost weight'' comment and it's given me a real boost :)
Monday -

Dinner - SW bolognese & cheese HEXA

Total 9 syns :)

WI tonight and I have no clue how I've done ... had some good days and some not so good so fingers crossed!
I just need a 1lb loss for my half stone award :)

I did it ... lost 1lb and got my half stone award! It's a great feeling and hoping to carry on this way for the next week for an even bigger loss next week!
How are you doing? It must be a completely different diet being pregnant too? x

Dinner - Slim Joes chicken peppered steaks, new pots & salad - 2 syns with marge on potatoes
Snack - Muller light cherry & choc - 1 syn
HEXA - milk in tea and coffee
Total 8 syns
 
Thursday -
Breakfast - 1 x Pear & Ryvita minis
Lunch - SW Chicken curry & rice
Dinner ... had a rather bad evening! had the girls round and made nachos and fajitas so I know I'm over my syns but going to try and work it out -

Chicken, peppers & onion all ok :)
cheese HEXA
3 x tortillas = 18 syns
Old el Paso fajita dry mix & salsa = 7 syns per wrap = 21syns
Sour cream 2 tbsp = 3 syns
Guacamole 2 tbsp = 3 syns

Dessert was small slice of carrot cake = 5 syns

Which makes a grand total of ... 50 syns!!
Well I had a fab night and this diet is a life change so we've gotta have some fun at some point!
Anyway back on track today and going to keep syns as low as possible for the rest of the week.
