SlinkySons diary to the new me!!!

I only lost one this week (totm) but my uniform is now bordering on baggy so that's where
the results show and truly matter. Looking better on the outside is what I want anyway,
the inside can catch up...whenever!! x
 
Hi ladies yes I'm much happier today! I too have noticed a huge difference in my clothes my tunics are much looser :) I'm still miffed I didn't see the loss on the scales but I suppose that's just how our bodies work In hoping to be in the 11s by weds I've for everything crossed that I get there! But if I don't well I'll just keep going :)
 
Today I tried macaroni cheese with cauliflower I wish if of ditched the pasta bits as they were rick hard and horrid it's the 3rd time I've made it and still can't grasp it so my next order I won't be getting any!

It's strange how my taste buds and preference have changed I know love the new porridge made up as just porridge not a cookie, I love the coffee late which I hated and the chilli it's so strange! So this order was all pretty much shakes, I like to add coffee to my vanilla and have it in the morning to get me functioning then a bar for lunch but I feel my problem maybe evenings because I've just realised I've only been having the equivalent of 3 packs a day with the veg but Ive been losing the extra pack or protein omg I totally didn't even realise, I wonder if that's why I haven't lost! Because you are suppose to have the recommended amount and I've been doing this over week!!!!!!
 
No I did t but good tip for the future if I do have it! I made it up as directed on the sheet I love the cheese taste just the pasta spoils it! :)

Hi hun, glad you're feeling more positive now! Don't mind the scales...it's how your body
shape is changing that really counts.
With the mac cheese I make it first heated from cold in a saucepan (I make it with part
of the milk allowance for a creamier consistency) then leave it to sit off the heat until
the macaroni bits are nice and soft, then I put in back on the heat for half a min just
before serving it over the veg xx

Omg I want to rip my oh's head off arghhhhhhh he's eating chocolate areo chocolate right next to me :'( I bloody love'd chocolate but I have to stay strong and think to myself in a minimum of 2 minutes he will have eaten it and I won't be able to smell it sooooo annoying!!!!!!

I made him eat it very fast! Little things like that cheese me off but then when I see my body shape changing which I have started too I don't care he can eat all he wants! :) well today I feel super slim 3 people have noticed my loss and I'm slowly getting back into my size 12 tunics they are big 12s but I don't car :) wiohoooo
 
So this morning I hit 12stone which I'm Mecca chuffed about so I've decided to go for another 7lbs ish then refeed and go onto something a little easier I came back to S&S for the quick results which I am getting :) but I need a life im fed up of coming up with excuses as to why I can't go for meals and no I will not sit with a pack while everyone else is eating I've tried this and it made my friends feel even worse so I've decided another 2 weeks on slim and save then 1 week refeed then I'm undecided which diet to try going or I may just go straight onto the atkins diet or JUDDD I'm really not sure but I know ww and sw the losses will be too slow for me so perhaps one of those would be better I miss food :( but do love the fast losses with this diet! :)

hmmmm hard decision, i loved juddd, but it doesnt get losses like atkins does. They seem to be bigger losses, i wish i could do atkins but i just cant lol

Ok so after much thought and loads of research i have decided to swap over onto the stkins diet! however i will still be having slim and save for breakfast and then loads of meat for lunch and dinner this way i dont feel deprived i origionally wanted to get to 11.7 with S&S but sod it im only 7lbs off that im staying in ketosis and to be completely honest ive been on the atkins 2 days this being my 3rd and so far lost 1lb im in the 11s again woop woop been able to excerise more too! so yesterday went on an 8 mile hike was really tough and took 4 hours 30mins to complete im aching like mad today so just done 30mins exercise today!

i will keep my diary here as i am still using s&s products! i decided against JUDDD for now as i still want to lose a good stone in total im aiming just for 11 stone then hopefully get pregnant around that weight but if i get pregnant now it makes no difference im just glad to be a nice size 14 again and even edging into some 12s my body
shape looks different this time my legs seem to look slimmer and my tush higher up whihc i know sounds odd but my oh has been saying it for ages and a few friends have also comented recently! I feel great and loving my new diet i know this is the one for me :) slim and savers keep up with it, this diet works its fab for great losses i just want something i can do for life rather than short term i need to mentally tackle my emotional stresses with food rather than jump for the quick fix every time i gain so thats my plan now :) woop woop plus aiming for a min of 30 mins excerise a day :)

Thanks ladies, not sure if im starting a diary on the atkins board yet! i wanted to give it a week first just to make sure i can stick to it! im struggling getting head around how the main basis of the diet is fat! all my life ive aimed to eat low fat versions of things which clearly havent worked otherwise i wouldnt be here in the furst place!lol but i am really struggling to work out how eating a diet 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs is going to make me lose weight! ive ordered the atkins book and seen the weight losses on the forum so it does defo work, its just mind baffling!
 
LOL you'll soon get used to clotted cream, lashings of butter and fatty cuts!!
 
I'm doing JUDDD Hun but with atkins principles on my updays it's so easy I'm losing weight but feeling rather bloated but loving the diet it's siooooooooooooo easy today I've done slim and save products mainly then tomorrow Atkins and so on :)
