Today I tried macaroni cheese with cauliflower I wish if of ditched the pasta bits as they were rick hard and horrid it's the 3rd time I've made it and still can't grasp it so my next order I won't be getting any!
It's strange how my taste buds and preference have changed I know love the new porridge made up as just porridge not a cookie, I love the coffee late which I hated and the chilli it's so strange! So this order was all pretty much shakes, I like to add coffee to my vanilla and have it in the morning to get me functioning then a bar for lunch but I feel my problem maybe evenings because I've just realised I've only been having the equivalent of 3 packs a day with the veg but Ive been losing the extra pack or protein omg I totally didn't even realise, I wonder if that's why I haven't lost! Because you are suppose to have the recommended amount and I've been doing this over week!!!!!!
