I just needed to share

i started ww last sunday loosely, properly on the monday and ive weighed this morning to see a fab 7lbs gone !!!
2lb away from next stone and down into a lower number for my BMI im really pleased with myself xx

Aww thanks it means alot... heres to week two college tues and exam in pyschology and thurs chem and maths ... other than that not alot planned apart from ghost hunting on friday, So can easily plan around these things

hehe yes im a trainee investigator for our local paranormal team, theres 6 of us. Im very new hence the trainee but the owner has been doing this kind of thing for 30 years
