i'm very naffed off about my measly 1lb off despite exercising, drinking lots of water and sticking to the diet.

...so, to try and give my weight loss a boost, i am going to try and eat 5 foods a day that have a S or SS symbol by them....not a great fruit lover so it may be quite a challenge! i will post my food diary on here for a week with S/SS symbols by my speed/superspeed food.

anyone fancy joining me?

i want to shift at least 2.5 lbs this week....only 2 more weigh-ins left for mays weightloss challenge! argh!!!

B: hi-fi bar (HEX b)
L: jacket potato, 42g red.fat cheese (HEX a), homemade coleslaw(cabbage(s),onion(s),carrot(s), 2xtbsp extra light salad cream(2 sins)), salad (lettuce(s), tomatoes(s))
D: linguini with homemade tomato chili sauce (made with passata(s)), 42g red.fat cheese (HEX b)

Snacks: asda cheese curls (3.5 sins), 3 x mini milks (4.5 sins)

superspeed foods = 0 :rolleyes:
speed foods = 6
sins = 10

thanks nanny jax - am going to try and fit a few ss's in when i can get to the shops. i'm not a great fruit lover, but will get a melon and the rest will have to be peas, beans and more peas'n'beans!

am going to try and make the moroccan butterbeans at some point this week.

probably not the best week to try this out as i need to plan loads and have a job interview on tues and weds and have to write a presentation...on condoms! ooo-err! should be doing it now, but i'm sidetracking as always!

OMG! you are so funny, i am so glad it is you and not me that has to write that presentation, though I just had some inspiration Hrmph..... The condom presentation by nanny Jax.. If you do not use your condom you will end up with a presentation all right it will be in the shape of a baby presented by a blooming stork! so we all know what the moral is lol.

P.s don't be eating to many ss beans, or you will be parraparring all the way through your interview, and you won't get the job then no matter how good your presentation is!

i'm more concerned about my relationship! he's already repulsed by my sleep farts... let alone the ones i try and slip out silently, but stink the room out!

i'm thinking of sticking a few slides in of condom balloon animals! and point out that using them in such a way does not prevent pregnancy and sti's! my presentation is for 14-15 year olds...or as i call them 'little shits!'

Good idea the balloon animals, but who's going to shape them? are'nt condoms lubricated? I have an image of you in my head chasing blown up condom's round a room, because they are slippery creatures lol.

ooooo microwave jacket spuds, they are ace aint they not!

have you ever tried microwave rice? i have a rice maker that you put int he microwave, its fantastic, you can make rice for 3 people in 10minutes...its from boyes but im sure other places make them....getting off the point again aint i, im sure you could have something SS with your rice ha ha

so what SS things have you been having so far then?

aww thanks for the suggestions, but i don't like rice! lol

i'm only having S's today not SS's!!! haven't been shopping yet. i'm working saturday and sunday, so will SS's with beans on toast at work each morning. have posted my food diary for today on page one of this thread....but we all got carried away with talk of condoms so it's lost!

so far today i have had cabbage, carrot, onion, lettuce and tomatoes - all speed foods, but not superspeed foods!
