i'm very naffed off about my measly 1lb off despite exercising, drinking lots of water and sticking to the diet. ...so, to try and give my weight loss a boost, i am going to try and eat 5 foods a day that have a S or SS symbol by them....not a great fruit lover so it may be quite a challenge! i will post my food diary on here for a week with S/SS symbols by my speed/superspeed food. anyone fancy joining me? i want to shift at least 2.5 lbs this week....only 2 more weigh-ins left for mays weightloss challenge! argh!!!
