Hi all here is my list for today

Apple

Banana* (free not speed)

Baked Beans
Mushroom stir fry mix (Cabbage,carrot,etc)
mushy peas
Watermelon
1 x satsuma

This is a really useful thread...... Just got back fro holiday..... Fell off the slimming world wagon spectacularly. Need the speed to get back on track this week ; )

This will really help me to see what speed I am eating still getting head around 1/3 thing and ee lol

Think I will start tomorrow! Had a very bad last few months spent one day a month since April saying goodbye to someone close!! Only way is forward slimmer n healthy!! So tomorrow here we go!! :)x

Super Speed

The last week I have had super speed soups every day as one meal and at weigh in last night I had lost 4lbs!
the soups were all homemade
1. superspeed soup
2.tomato soup
3.leek & potato soup
4.three bean soup
5.carrot & cannelloni soup
6.minestrone soup
7.mushroom soup

All these have appeared on this forum.

I have had soup almost every day since I started SW, for my lunch, I call it my secret weapon, really fills me up and keeps me full. x
