Lol yeah today been good ive had 3 shakes already will probably have 4 today but have got to cut back to 3 by friday as have only got 4 weeks supplies left of 3 a day. So need to be cracking on as cant afford it next month.
Ive been listening and reading to paul mckenna book and cd i bought off amazing it seems really good i defo need to put lots of positive thought in my subconscious mind. Its so weird how you go in to a trance when binging i need to get away from those habits.
 
I have that Paul McKenna cd somewhere - must dig it out!!

thanks hun day 2 am just having my shake ive been invited round a friends for lunch today but think i will cancel theres no point going and having to watch everyone eat. have a good day hun.
 
yep have had my 2nd shake am bit hungry so have just had a tiny bit of tuna. got to be strong i need ds to go to sleep so i listen do the paul mckenna cd.
 
yep roll on ketosis im starving im hoping il be in ketosis for saturday when i visit my family that way it will be easier to resist food.i hope.
 
Definitely makes it easier if youre not ready to eat your own arm, lol. Ive just realised that the more I stick to it the quicker the weight will come off. Thats the only thing getting me through at the minute.
 
lol, i know we can do it are you having 3 or 4 packs hun?
 
Im trying to stick to 3 but last night I did have an extra half a pack. Might find myself having the rest of it tonight coz Im trying to hold out as long as I can for my soup but dont think Ill be much longer.
 
well ive had 3 packs today as i had some chicken, tuna and cucumber earlier hopefully day 3 will be easier to stick to just the packs.
