Massive lack of food diary this week. Tried to stick to plan but had a very social week!

Friday 22nd July 2011 - EE Day

B: Shape Zero strawberry - nectarine
L: Catherdral city lunch pack - many syns! 10?
D: Chicken pie with lots of veg and jacket potato 5.5 syns

snacks: Ice lolly 3 syns, nectarines and satsumas
HEA - Milk in Tea
HEB - Jacket potato

total syns 18.5 ooops.

social occasions over, back on plan 100% from now. Still lost 1lb wahoooo!

Sunday 24th July EE day

B: 2 x wm toast with bovril. Nectarine. (heb)
L: jalapeño swirl! 7 syns
D: chicken in a bag (Mediterranean chicken) 3 syns with Tons of veg

Snacks: ice lolly 4 syns
Hea: milk in tea

Did 1 hour cardio in gym. I have actually enjoyed the stepper today (LOSER!)
 
Just read your whole diary, I'm going on holiday in 6 weeks today and I have started SW again today, hoping to lose at least 7lbs by the time I go away. Good luck with your weight loss :0) x

Wednesdays food diary - red day

B: nectarine and plum
L: left over syn free curry (no rice, was odd!)
D: lean pork chop, stir fry veg, soy sauce, 3 syns worth sweet chilli sauce.

Snacks : activia raspberry
Hea: milk in tea
Heb: not sure yet...

I have STS this week but went quite off plan last week so not that worried. Being going to the gym as much a poss so that could of offset it a bit? Sometimes with social Occasions I end up throwing the towel in for a couple of days buy always regret it. Zero willpower! Will get the oh to get the tape measure out and measure everything to see if it's decreased and I'll hope it has a tiny bit!

How are you getting on? Have you had a good week of it?

I don't go to the dolphin although its close to home. I go to a gym in lewes.

Fridays food diary: red day
B: 2 nectarines
L: HEB jacket spud and HEA cheese
D: chicken in a bag 3 syns (colmans - just found out they do a sausage casserole in a bag to!)

Ice cream : 6 syns
2 toffees : 4 syns
Heb 2 fibre plus bar
Snack : 2 satsumas and a plum
 
Saturdays food diary-red day

B: 2 x 1/2 syn sausages, poached eggs x2, heb 2x wm toast, 2 x bacon medallions. Yumma breky
L: no lunch...
D: BBQ: burger (free) sausage x2 (1 syn) loads salad, lean pork chop, lamb chump chop (fat removed), mini chicken fillet in sticky sauce 6 syns? Heb2 wm roll
Tablespoon of banoffee pie 6 syns?

Oh your food is soo good!! I have had well over recommended syns pretty much everyday this week! I am much better thanks am walking now so that's good! Hoping to start swimming again on Wednesday as having bandage off and stitches out on Tuesday! :D

How come you go to Lewes?? Though, I mainly live in Lancing and got to Triangle and Dolphin! Though bf lives in Hassocks. x
 
Yeah well you probably need the extra syns to recover ;-) you swim in the triangle and dolphin? We both work in lewes and tend to find going straight there easier than trying to be motivated when we get home. Oh yeah and it's £30 a month less! Ha ha.

I always think my foods boring compared to every one else's!

Sunday 1st aug - red day!

B: heb toast with 2 x laughing cow
L: 1 digestive 4 syns?
D: colmans herby sausage casserole (cook in the bag - my favourite) 2 Syns for sausages, 3 for sauce mix. new pots

No fruit oops. Lots of veg in sausage casserole.

Monday 2nd aug

B: activia strawberry snack pot
L: salad (lettuce, spring onions, tomato, celery, peppers, 2 x hard boiled eggs
D: chicken in lemon and herb marinade 4 Syns (colmans sachet- no oil) loads of roasted Mediterranean veg, HEA cheese

Snacks: nectarine, neopolitan wafer (10 syns?? Guessed. Was tiny tho).

Yeah it does look nice over there. Maybe we'll look into it again? Where we go seems to be full of kids! Yuck.
