Hey, well we all know Im a weigh myselfholic! But I vow to keep off them till Saturday weigh in.
After my last thread, I fell off the wagon and have only just got myself together again...all because I was weighing myself everyday and when it showed a gain of 3lbs, I started to binge!
NEVER EVER will I do that to myself again. I want this to be the last diet I ever go on, its easy and I get 31 points a day to enjoy. Its not hard, all it needs is abit of planning and a little will power!
So bring it on!!!!! LOL
