Struggling with points

    I ve just started back at ww and am struggling to make up my points,
    Im allowed 26 per day but am only getting to about 22 and thats a struggle where im just eating for the sake of it,
    Is anyone else having this problem?? Will it affect weight loss??


    Also i have been reading the forum and saw that Pink n Whites are 0.5 each or 1.5 for 2??? how does that work??

    Try using full fat version instead of low fat?
    Bigger portions for main meals?
    Have higher pointed snacks?

    Its stupid that we struggle to use up points when stuffing our faces is the reason we are here isnt it lol
    Im allowed 21pts a day but my meals come out at about 18 and then I dont really need snacks so end up having a choccy bar for the sake of it :D


    The pink and white thing is to do with portion size, if you have 1 its just over 0.5pts so when you have 2 it is closer to 1.5pts than 1pt.
    its because ww have rounded down the points! its hard to explain really so hopefully someone else can come along and do a better job ;)

    what is said above explains the points. Bread is the same, 1 slice could be 0.5pt but 2 would be 1.5pt. If you take the cals and sat fat for 1 slice or item and double it to make 2 you should see why its an extra 1/2 a point! :)

    As for not using points, i bet you have bought all your low fat stuff already and are eating healthier which is why your struggling. Not saying its a bad thing but i struggled at 24pts to eat all of them and now im at 21 i find it hard to stay within the points. You dont win either way!

    Whats your typical daily menu, youll be surprised how many extra points you can add to a day by changing a few things and not eating more

    I cant beleive i have been scoffing lots of pink n whites thinking they were 0.5 each! eekkkk!!!!! oh well at least ill have a reason if i dont lose much weight!

    The flip to pink and whites is a vodka and diet coke is 1, but a double vodka and diet coke is 1.5 ;)

    good to know bout rhe double vodka n diet coke puggso, my fave drink..... its the shots i turn to after i have a few too many that i cannot count lol xx
